What affects the price
- Rooms and bathrooms (deep and end-of-tenancy cleans)
- Hours booked (housekeeping and routine commercial)
- Number of items (carpets, upholstery, windows)
- Heavy soiling (+25% time, shown as a separate line)
- Add-ons you choose
- Eco-friendly products and equipment: included when your cleaner brings them
Cancellation
- Free to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your arrival window
- 50% of the price if you cancel less than 48 hours before
- 100% of the price if you cancel less than 24 hours before
Recurring visits can be skipped or moved individually without changing the rest of your schedule.
Memberships and recurring payments
Recurring cleaning is charged per completed visit, with your consent recorded when you set it up. There’s no compulsory membership. Any optional client membership is billed separately from cleaning visits.
For business accounts
Approved business and agency accounts can pay by consolidated invoice with agreed payment terms and purchase order references. Multi-site coordination is available for an optional, clearly priced monthly fee (£15.00 per site per month).
